Hello, my name is Madéleine. I’m a 22 year old college student in my 4th and final year of my Studio Arts degree.
I love drawing, particularly comics. I hope that whatever I end up doing in life will always allow time for me to make my stories.
I started littlelovemonster.com as a portfolio website but I rarely updated it and was often frustrated that it was so time consuming to add new art on a regular basis. So, I turned it into a blog and now I have an easier format to keep everything up-to-date.
Speaking of, this is what I’m up to:
This weekend I’m going to SPX (Small Press Expo) in Bethesda,MD. I’m very excited and looking forward to meeting comic folk and getting some new reading material.
I made a mini-comic to trade or give out. Basically a glorified business card. It’s my first mini and, well, it’s not perfect, but I finished it.
